Mark your calendars, everyone: I will be in the Supreme Court of BC for 3 days this November for the appeal of the @BCnursemidwife ruling that found me guilty of "unprofessional conduct," suspended my license and ordered that I pay almost $100,000 in costs. More to come.

@lizsz55 Why would this even be an issue? It never has been and never will be. Nurses care for everyone.

@preta_6 Fellow nurse asking how you care for a transgendered patient? Refuse and refer to another healthcare professional? Or care for the transgendered patient as you would with any patient?

The irony is not lost on me that I’ll be attending one of my court hearings (for daring to question trans ideology) during the day, and then this event in the evening:

The Justice Centre announces that lawyers have filed responses to five applications for intervenor status in Amy Hamm's appeal before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, underscoring the broader public importance of a case concerning freedom of expression and the authority of professional regulators to discipline their members. The case arises from social media comments Ms. Hamm made about sex and gender while identifying herself as a nurse. Although the comments were made outside her employment and did not involve patient care, a BCCNM disciplinary panel found that several constituted unprofessional conduct. In August 2025, the panel ordered that Ms. Hamm’s nursing licence be suspended for one month, and that she pay costs of nearly $94,000, although these orders were stayed pending the outcome of her appeal. Constitutional lawyer Lisa Bildy said, “This appeal raises important questions about the extent to which professional regulators may discipline members for lawful expression outside their professional practice.” She continued, “The large number of prospective intervenors suggests there is considerable interest in the outcome of this case, particularly whether gender-critical speech and advocacy should be permissible for regulated professionals, or punishable.” Read the full story here: jccf.ca/former-bc-nurs…

@preta_6 *** Hypothetically, if you were in a situation involving severe acute pain and the most likely diagnosis was testicular torsion, would you want your doctor to: A) perform immediate manual detorsion B) order an ultrasound for ectopic pregnancy ***

I'm delighted (for financial reasons) to bring you an update in my investigation into Mandace Owens' murder of Lindsay Graham. According to an imaginary whistleblower, Graham was about to reveal a dangerous truth. If you're retarded enough to believe this, subscribe today.

How to be a far left social justice whacko: • pretend men are women • pretend the pandemic is still going on • pretend racism against BIPOC persons is everywhere • pretend racism against whites isn’t there • pretend Islam is wonderful • pretend that books are banned when they’re not • pretend to be nice & tolerant • pretend to not benefit from or enjoy capitalism

The algorithm gives me news, pop culture and outrage during the day, and videos about physics and space at night. It’s not bad: it’s like a hard reset right before bed. (Unless I think too much about what we don’t know about the universe, in which case I feel panicky.)
