“I'm a lady aged 29 and I have three sisters. All of them are working and I'm unemployed. I do most of the house chores at home, especially during the week. My problem is they expect me to do everything on weekends as well. All of them do not work on weekends. They literally expect me to cook, clean, wash dishes and do laundry while they do nothing or visit their boyfriends. I feel like they treat me like their helper than a sibling. Would it be wrong if I told them I want to be paid?”

If the real Osogbo people wants a governor from Osogbo after Adeleke. They had better vote Adeleke for second term. A word is enough for the wise

@successwrites4u @Medexico I'm not advocating for the worse, I'm just saying my view, I believe 6 out of 10 women can birth safely without antenatal, our government should make antenatal free at govt hospitals , that's the best solution I guess

So what is your solution to this? Do you also believe that 7 out of 10 people will give birth safely without antenatal? Antenatal is for precautions, yes there are people who can't afford it, what about those who can afford it and still came out safely? Exceptions don't make the rule. Nigeria is already a dangerous place to give birth so instead of advocating for the worse, why not seek for better solutions

@Medexico @lordemmarc Ooh you know this but expect people not to go for antenatal because Dr. Amunike believes 7 out of 10 women will deliver without aid? You're a clown

You shouldn't be on the fence. Every pregnant woman should go for antenatal clinics. Before her due date, health workers would have known whether there's likely to be an issue, baby size amongst other things. They will also be able to advise and help her manage any issue that might arise during the pregnancy. Many pregnant women who are rushed to the hospital at the late hour die because the hospital does not have their history. Just imagine someone rushing to hold someone and shouting "help me, help me" without explaining what's wrong. That's how it feels when a woman in labour to a hospital that isn't familiar with their cases. Some hospitals might even reject them. Therefore, I advise every pregnant woman to go for antenatal meetings.
