There is something deeply wrong with how quickly people dismiss women when they come forward about abuse, especially when the person they’re speaking out against is popular, liked, or “untouchable.” A woman can share her story, show her pain, even provide evidence, and still be met with doubt, excuses, or silence. Not because her story lacks truth, but because people would rather protect a public image than confront an uncomfortable reality. Popularity is not proof of innocence. Being liked online does not mean someone is incapable of harm. When a woman speaks up, she is often risking everything, her privacy, her reputation, her safety, just to be heard. And when she is ignored or attacked instead of supported, it sends a message to every other victim watching. This is why so many stay silent. Believing women does not mean abandoning fairness. It means listening, taking allegations seriously, and not automatically siding with influence or status. No one should have to prove their trauma just to be treated with basic human dignity.

@KidStallyn @Nerdy_Addict There is simply not enough man power to serve out of state warrants/arrests/extradite. However if you do something and they run your info & see you have a warrant, they Have to bring you in.

@KidStallyn @Nerdy_Addict I once took out a warrant on the driver of a car full of kids with beer in their car. They tried to run me and my 2 year old son off the Rd early on a Sunday morning. He was from MS. Took 5 years before he got pulled over and they brought him in because of my warrant.

First off, none of us know the whole story. He obviously punched her, but we have no clue what she may have done to him. Could range from nothing to maybe she had a butcher knife, and was threatening to stab him. He obviously left the scene to perhaps escalate. And to be honest, we’ll never know because I don’t think charges were filed. She only got a restraining order.

@lorioct @elm1967 @Nerdy_Addict I don’t think there is one yet. I just watched Gavin Fish on YouTube and he went over the documents so far and I believe that’s what he said. He’ll follow up when more documents and a court date come up.
