I’m a transplanted Southerner. I love the state, hate the politics. It’s that simple. Then, I had an opportunity to spend some time with @SteveHilton on a few occasions. We’ve had a couple meals together. I’ve gotten to know him. I’m impressed, not only with his intelligence and his grasp on literally everything that affects California but, equally importantly, he’s a great guy. There’s not a single issue you can challenge him on that he won’t have an airtight, conservative plan for. I dare you to find one. He’s the answer for my state. The governor we need! The only answer. He’s bright, he’s prepared, and he’s hilariously funny. He’s 100% real. What you see with Steve, is what you get. And he’s exactly who we need. I just spoke with some buddies on the front lines of the air campaign with Iran. I asked them how the morale was. They said, to a man, it was off the charts high. One friend said, “the guys are stoked. They’re excited. We’re leaning into it.” When you drop to your knees tonight, please say a prayer for our men and women in uniform and their safe return. Please pray for our president and our senior leaders that they ask for God’s wisdom. Please also pray for the people of Iran that they will soon be free of the oppression and repression of their government.

I HAVE TERRIBLE NEWS AND NEED PRAYER: 💔 My sister Heather who is 3 years older than me is a diabetic. She has developed an ulcer on the bottom of her foot that has gone to the bone. The doctors think she will probably lose her foot or leg. She has just checked into the hospital for the next week. This is a tragedy for her and she could possibly lose her life if they cannot stop the infection. Please pray for her. She is a good person and a Christian.

@charliekirk11 Talk to everyone, especially those we disagree with. As a lifelong Californian I pray for a conservative shift in the political paradigm. Just a few years ago my daughter attended a Catholic university in our state and was “outed” for being both conservative and Catholic. It was brutal. Through it she learned to use her voice and stand for her values and beliefs in a sea of opposition and to do so with grace and strength. If not for the willingness of Blackhawk pilots to risk their own lives to conduct a medical evacuation I and many of my crippled up friends would not be alive today. I owe my life to the most selfless and heroic group of pilots in the world. I will not start blaming them and posing conspiracy theories before any investigation is completed- and I won’t treat them like murderers if the investigation shows a mistake was made. The risk of conducting training ops on the Potomac and at night was a decision made levels above them and needs immediate review. A series of decisions were made to lead to this tragedy and to speculate that any soldier purposely flew into a commercial air liner is disgusting.
