@leanraptor84 Staff don’t have to wear coverings as we work behind perplex screens. Anytime we’re on the shop floor (or any other area accessible by customers), they must be wearing a face covering. That’s Greggs policy regarding the issue & it is following government requirements ☺️

@GreggsOfficial Visited a cafe in Telford Town but the server was NOT wearing a mask and continually breathing all over food to be served. When I asked why I was told it is not Greggs policy for servers to be masked. This not breaches infection control and gvt guidance!

@TheRangeUK Nurse visited Shrewsbury store, alone, leaving kids in car... Is met by a queue that looks like a dating show. 90% couples, a family with 2 kids, not one was questioned or reminded to shop alone. As for distancing...it was horrifying.

@ShrewsburyTC Bitterly dissapointed to have taken costume clad kids to the park in Easter hols, to discover the splash park isn't open yet! Why? Telford opens in time for the break, after a great impromptu day there last week I was eager to recreate in my home town...poor show.
