Had a useful meeting yesterday with ⁦@ODS_doinggood⁩ & Cllr Louise Upton to discuss moving this barrier or replacing it with bollards to make it easier for cyclists to access the cycle track through Croft Rd park.

@maryoxford Totally agree. It is also not clear which routes the pedestrians can take. Can they still go through Mesopotamia and exit by Parsons Pleasure (this avoiding the two bridges) during opening hours?

I saw this too today. By marking the route which cyclists aren’t supposed to use they’re in fact drawing attention to that route! The wording is interesting. It seems to leave it open to pushing a bike through, as opposed to cycling.
