I just wrapped up @NotionHQ! From starting to use the product in 2020, to joining ~3 years ago and building lots, I’ve loved it all. I’m sad to leave… but can’t wait to be a customer again! Thankful to @ivanhzhao, @akothari, @mschoening and many others for believing in me every step of the way, even on the way out. Notion really cares about its people and it shows.

I've been playing with React Native WebGPU recently and it's really flipping my perspective on animations.

went to DATLAB @ZeroSpaceNYC last week. played a 60-person multiplayer game on a surround screen. watched an audiovisual performance with cool datamosh effects. all in a dark warehouse in Brooklyn. inspired to learn TouchDesigner @1null1

this interaction was super fun to build and even more fun to explore. bringing that 90s CD 💿✨collection nostalgia to digital covers of newyorker archives with an updated "Stacked Deck" interaction. it kinda feels like flipping through a basket of physical magazines - complete with vertical spring pops and a "cinematic focus" mode that dims the rest of the stack.
