Looks like it's even worse this time. Employees expected to do 5-6 months of work in 2-3, pulling overtime till 3AM, mental health taking a real hit. Rockstar makes billions. They can absolutely afford to hire more testers, properly compensate overtime, and protect their team's well-being. They'll make it all back in the first week anyway. Prioritize people over deadlines.
