Might be cope, but I don't think Unity will stick with its recent runtime fee decision. It will be absurdly difficult to ensure an accurate measure of the installs and likely open them up to a host of legal issues.

@thesergent126 There are shops from in-universe companies that pop up during the match. You can buy and sell modules as the match goes on. The shops don't have like a map location or anything they just appear in a separate menu for all players every few turns.
