Other important things to know about the Cerebras $CBRS IPO $CBRS's $24.6B of contracted backlog is almost all ($20B+) from OpenAI. This is a concentrated bet on OpenAI not screwing the pooch. Also if $CBRS misses delivery milestones then OpenAI gains termination rights. Furthermore, the OpenAI MRA has a structural exclusivity agreement which constrains Cerebras' ability to diversify their customer base toward the other frontier AI labs during an undisclosed "Exclusivity Period". These excluded entities are not listed but are labeled as OpenAI's "Named Competitors". Apparently $AMZN's AWS is not on that list. (Section 12 of the agreement, filed as Exhibit 10.11 to the S-1)

I still am bearish on $IREN. Algorithms/retail probably read $NVDA + $IREN partnership and bought it up. However, if you look at the realtity, it's just looks like brand agreement giving $NVDA risk-free convertible notes. So $IREN can continue selling their $6,000,000,000 ATM into retail investors. It's the equivalent of a startup using AWS and saying they have an Amazon partnership so give them $6B. This wasn't Nvidia directly funding $IREN yet, just a risk free option to. There's a "5 GW deployment" but I'd rather not be the one buying into the dilution to fund it.
