3 years of @duolingo and the best I can do is a gang of vigilantes from Baja (California?) are invading Travis County. Probably driving El Caminos. They are intense and the El Caminos are probably cool & badass. They will try to recruit you (Inundaciones).

An ObamaPhone sounds like a pretty fucking stupid idea. What a boomer

Instead of an ObamaPhone, she is trying to bribe voters with GinaDollars.

Mine is from Waffle House and has a patriotic eagle on it. It conveys that my children enjoy not closing water bottles, but that I am also a little trashy.

@evan7257 @HoustonChron @amanda_demanda I do not care. Zero empathy for those that break our immigration laws.

No matter where you are on the political spectrum, I recommend reading this @houstonchron personal essay from @amanda_demanda:
Lorenzo Salgado Araujo's death doesn’t neatly fit into anyone’s politics. That’s why it sticks with me.

@PLM_Pimp @FracSlap @JeffSkillingECT I believe the quote from the conference call is "who is this a$$ho!e?"
May have been "who is this stupid a$$ho!e?"
It's been a few years...

I was saying either/or scenario. I guess you could do a linux box with the GPU's plus the mac (just run linux on both) but it would be the slowest portion that it runs at rather than the 1100/s max speeds over a local network.
Essentially, you could run like 2-4 old 3090's together on a threadripper PC that would get you a 70B model (not opus but closer) for local only inference for like $5k, or I guess 1-2 RTX 6000 Pros for $17-$18k for a little bit larger model. But neither of these will really allow for a frontier level model.
Maybe you set that up as the MCP and have the Fable/GPT 5.6 be the orchestrator with the local inference as the workhorse. (It would use the big model to distill the objectives to the locally run model.) I have not done this, but it would hypothetically save money on API costs if you need it to run all the time or if privacy is a concern.. really depends on the use case. most people don't actually need a frontier model.

Genuinely considering dropping 10-20k on a dgx spark cluster & layering the 512gb mac studio whenever that comes out.
$5k per dgx, can cluster up to 4 for 512gb unified on NVDIA's platform. Like another $15k for studio.
Theoretically gives me the ability to run a single Opus-class model locally with 4+ sonnet-classes, or two Opus-classes.
Ridiculous capex but may be worth it?

@tier4eftmembear @PermianPirate How are you hooking these up to Macs. Why not use a PC build?
