Traders funds are getting stuck on @rise_pay. Everyday, I receive the same complaints from different traders. This trader has been trying to withdraw his own trading payout through Rise Pay for over 3 weeks, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. A few days ago, I covered @lostmindedtx case. His payout was also delayed for 10 days. There are also many other cases where traders KYC were rejected without any clear reason.

It’s not just your problem there are many others facing the same issue. Your post got enough attention to go viral, which is why your case was resolved. Let the post stay up so it can raise awareness for everyone else. These kinds of companies need to be pushed out of the industry.

Hold someone’s funds for days, ignore the issue, then block them for asking questions. If this is your idea of “support,” traders should know exactly what they’re signing up for. @lostmindedtx @Avinashambasta1 @rise_pay @Tradeify @BrettSimba I requested a bank withdrawal on 06/07/2026. It’s been over 48 hours and I still haven’t received the funds. No withdrawal shows as Pending, Failed, or Completed, and my Rise balance is $0. If you faced the same issue, please guide me on how to resolve it. 🙏

Update: Rise resolved my issue last night, and the withdrawal was processed successfully without any problems. I appreciate that the transaction itself was smooth. That said, I still believe there’s significant room for improvement in customer support. Better communication, timely responses, and avoiding situations where users feel ignored would go a long way in building trust. Hopefully this experience helps improve their support standards going forward. Thank You @propfirmeye

We've see a lot of cases where @rise_pay has rejected trader's KYC without providing solid evidence. Now they've holding this trader Payout from @Tradeify. It's been over 10 days and instead of resolving the issue, they blocked him on Social Media.
