I contacted them to let them know package was delivered to wrong address, they made me open a ticket, and then emailed me to tell me it was delivered.

@FedExHelp have a package that was supposed to be delivered today. Literally home watching for it all day. Driver drives right by. Claims attempted delivery. No tag, no picture. I call and call. No help. This package is fragile and important.
