@virginmedia 50 minutes being passed around your call centres, 3 failed engineer appointments, 7 full days without any service whatsoever. LIES LIES LIES. What are you playing at? Someone fix my BROADBAND or cancel my account for the love of god. Can't take this anymore!!!!!!

@virginmedia Yes, I can be free. I'm just at the end of my tether with it. I've already spent £85 on a wifi box and data just to be able to connect. I work from home, can't do that properly so I am losing money. It's a very, very bad situation and I want to know what will be done about it.

@virginmedia We are being told your "automated system" is cancelling our appointments due to an area outage which has been resolved. It has NOT been resolved but no one is listening to us. We have a 4th appointment booked for Thursday but I am sure no one will come. We just want to leave now.

@virginmedia I can assure you, after 7 days with NO SERVICE we have checked online for outages (there are none), had 3 engineer appointments booked (none have turned up) and spent hours on your phone and live chat services only to get NOWHERE.
