something i've noticed about THE DRAMA, OBSESSION, BLUE FILM, EXIT 8, HOKUM, ERUPCJA, & UNDERTONE is a relative incuriosity about characters' lives beyond exposition. very hermetic, these people don't seem to exist outside of the immediate circumstances of the movie they're in.

Bear is not immediately the villain of Obsession, as he simply couldn’t overcome his overwhelming insecurities for female affection. However, there is a certain point (or two) where it’s made abundantly clear to him that this isn’t a game and something is extremely wrong. Yet he does nothing about it and continues to believe that he can make this situation work. That’s when he officially becomes the villain because the situation completely spirals out of control.

I think some artists’ touring teams need to remember you’re allowed to have different types of venues on one tour, you don’t have to book the same arena for 16 nights just bc the rest of the tour is arenas, I promise you LA and NY can be a stadium and it’ll be okay
