@korekiyosr34 @justa_jigsaw i have a sweet tooth so i follow recipes from rainbow nourishment. for regular meals i use existing recipes and make it vegan. for example if i want to make shepherds pie i replace the meat with lentils. you can also buy imitation meat for lazy days loll

@korekiyosr34 @justa_jigsaw first you need a strong moral compass and empathy towards animals and the environment. afterwards you need self-discipline, learn to say no. lastly, learn how to cook vegetarian food. most people eat meat because of the convenience. only then you can make a successful switch. gl!
