@Jiikae there's a few working PCBs of this game floating around, but they're in the hands of collectors who refuse to dump them. it's a shitty situation that's unfortunately common with arcade games

@kunsypt @Jiikae @JumpyFeller sounds like AI might've lied to you. the graphics in Vertexer are made entirely of scaled sprites, there's no FMV at all

@Jiikae @JumpyFeller While the technology exists, the emulation process involves running a full motion video set to your car speed, which messes up most of the emulators what with there being no clear rip of said videos beneath it.

Japanese game collectors will post videos like this, & when you ask then to dump the file so it doesn't get lost in a flood they go "Don't worry, it's been preserved". There are people who worked on these things that don't even have copies of their own games. It's maddening.
