@Lowes getting annoyed with the poor customer service. A wash machine should not break a year after purchase. Can’t get hold of anyone except that stupid AI person who is completely sucks. Unacceptable customer service. Got to wonder if it’s worth purchasing any major appliances

@Lowes day 3 of zero customer service and no help whatsoever tracking my order that Lowes has misplaced but I have receipt order number etc. the Indian Harbor Beach Lowes customer service is abysmal. Have been on hold for 20 minutes. Any tips on how to proceed?

@Lowes It can be hard to decide on a hardware store. Lowes on the East Side of Evansville makes it easy. They refuse to cut lumber as advertised on the website and then refuse to answer the phone when you call for a supervisor. Well, they answer bit then leave you hanging.

@Lowes I have only made the first Lowe’s credit card payment on a 3 year promotion and this is now just a useless hunk of metal in my kitchen. I am so incredibly disappointed in this product. I’ve done everything I can to try to get quicker support but no one wants to help!
