@Lowes your West York PA location has a problem answering their phone. I am trying to cancel an online order and was told by your online chat that they could help me. That is not the case. I called 3 times and sat through a full 2 minutes of the phone ringing each time.

@Lowes I ordered 2 picnic tables with assembly included for delivery on 7/4. Instead, on 7/8 I received 2 piles of lumber. The 52nd St Philadelphia store admitted they didn’t have staff to assemble them but sent them anyway. I’ve now had 3 canceled deliveries

@Lowes I would avoid @Lowes at all costs if you ever need to order cabinets or doors. They can't keep track of their couriers. 3 times in the last year I've had orders that simply vanished from their system and no ETA. They'll then toss the problem over to the customer.

Looks like we’re going to have to remove the installed toilet so I can return it and buy something else. Disgusted by @Lowes customer service.

Bought a $665 toilet from @Lowes, toilet was delivered on July 6, the bidet seat was not. I have called cust service 3 times and have gotten 3 different answers, one of which was to call the store that delivered it. No answer!
