@Lowes your West York PA location has a problem answering their phone. I am trying to cancel an online order and was told by your online chat that they could help me. That is not the case. I called 3 times and sat through a full 2 minutes of the phone ringing each time.

The riding mower I ordered on July 13 was scheduled to arrive between 8am and 8 PM 07.17. Received the text last night that the window was now 10-2 on 07.17. Today I checked and it’s been pushed out to 07.22.

@firstenergycorp after an hour and a frustrating half of waiting on hold wanted to make a point to tell that the two ladies that I spoke to on the phone when I got through were the most pleasant people I’ve talked to in a long time. Whatever you pay them, it’s not enough.
