More Teesside Freeport chaos, Houchen 'the quay may not be suitable'. Transpires £113m spent on a new quay for wind-turbine monopiles made at another site cannot be loaded onto offshore vessels...the whole point of the quay is to service the offshore sector. STDC - no comment.
