@blackgirlbytes That part. 🤦🏾 But, I appreciate them letting us know their decision making teams are not diverse. If you are still propping up the status quo in 2023, the train has left the station w/o you. Diverse teams outperform homogenous teams & can avoid performative actions!

3 years ago I got a lovely note in the mail from @kmelve for being an active member of the @sanity_io community, and I set myself a goal of getting hired at Sanity someday (in “any role you’ll have me” I belive I wrote in my application). Today I’ve been with Sanity for a year!
