Include making it a federal holiday. That way we can find enough poll workers to process all the voters in a timely manner. As a former director of a board of elections, it is a challenge to check in voters minus all the early voters. By reducing early voting, you will be increasing the number of voters at the polls. More poll workers and check in tables will be critical. Currently, we are always short of poll workers. Giving people a holiday will increase the pool of eligible workers. Since poll workers will not be able to get away from the polls, they should be permitted to vote early.

As I noted in today's Buffalo News, I have concerns about the safety issues that appear to exist at some state correctional facilities, including the number of hours worked and number of guards per pod. I truly hope this issue is resolved quickly and the safety of all is ensured.

And girlll, with such polarizing politics in play I don’t see how there wouldn’t be cases of bias out of the thousands of ballot counters there would need to be and now video reviewers. Too many hands on a ballot

The reviewer(s) could or held accountable under oath. Could do things like polygraphs after counts to assure their non bias and truth. Video footage is something that would have to be isolated and not something hooked up to any external sources. No AI, internet or access from any on site personnel. Just recording.
