Four domestic and trans-Tasman flights on @Qantas in seven days. Two cancelled and the others running (hours) late. Every one full to capacity. I'd love to see the stats for on-time departures and cancellations vs 2019 (and the customer satisfaction scores)

Being in business right now is hard, but it's time to refocus on two things: Employees: Why do they work for you beyond a pay cheque? Customers: What do they want now? Not what do you want to sell them, but how have their needs changed? Really, not much else matters.

This is one of those pieces that has been simmering for a while. Frankly it really bothers me that female entrepreneurs are cast as pursuing a 'lifestyle' or a 'passion' rather than building a serious business. Thanks to @WomensAgenda for letting me share my thoughts
