@Cazmccarthy @TUIUK I would not bother with @TUIUK advice. We are in Lindos Mare and they have kept us safe and been completely amazing. TUI tried to evacuate us all last night with no reason or destination and not one person got on the coach with them. Disgustingly delayed reaction.

@TUIUK still no word on accommodation/flights 2 days after being evacuated from #lindos. We are totally reliant on the hospitality of the lovely local people. Several attempts made to contact you and still nothing. #rhodes

I have never been more glad that I didn’t book a package holiday. The staff @LindosMare deserve everything and more for the way they have handled the situation and cared for their guests. @TUIUK have offered nothing to the many families who have spent £1K’s on their holidays

They have compensated us for nights missed in the hotel even though we were only evacuated for 8 hours. Offered us an upgraded room so we could stay somewhere until our flight home on Friday. Have given us countless free meals and a taxi back from the evacuation centre… pt.2

@LindosMare has been the most beautiful place I have ever stayed and the staff have had me close to tears with their generosity. They have not only put our safety before anything but also offered us REAL advice and been in touch with the authorities at all times.. pt1 #lindos

Together in this horrific situation for their beautiful island has been nothing less than incredible. @TUIUK you should be ashamed of yourselves #tui #lindos #rhodes

Safe. Thankfully the hotel at @LindosMare have been absolutely unbelievable. I cannot fault how they have dealt with us and looked after us along with the locals of Greece who have put holidaymakers first over their own families and livelihoods. The way they have come.. pt.3

I did not get a package holiday with @TUIUK, I booked directly with the hotel. They didn’t let us on the coach on the first night of evacuations, reps refused to speak to us in the school yet we were sent a text saying we had to leave Lindos last night which had been deemed..pt.2

Never been so disgusted in my life with a company @TUIUK. Causing mass hysteria for all families with an uninformed and unexplained text and collecting them in the middle of the night saying if ‘we don’t get on the coach, another will not be sent for you’. I flew with TUI.. pt.1
