The Story behind this Central Gaming Bill is quite interesting and I love what Mr President did here, staying constant to what he fought hard for. Interestingly, the man in charge back then when Mr President was Governor fought hard for the stuff to go back to States, he is the same person now fighting for the stuff to go back to Federal, How now ??
