Most people use Claude Code like a chatbot and get chatbot results. So I documented the most complete setup you can install today. Inside: → How to continue your local Claude Code session from your phone without losing context or stopping work → The CLAUDE. md file that writes its own rules after every correction so the same mistake never happens twice → Scheduled task setup so Claude processes files, pulls trend reports, and consolidates team outputs every morning at 7am without you triggering anything → How to actually run 10 to 15 Claude sessions at the same time across terminal and browser → Subagent setup so Claude simplifies, reviews, and verifies its own work without you managing it → Plan Mode workflow so Claude builds a full plan before touching a single file (with exact activation steps and what to say) → Safe permissions setup so Claude never needs unrestricted access to your machine → MCP connections for Slack, BigQuery, and Sentry so Claude uses your tools directly → PostToolUse hooks so code formatting never causes errors in review → Ready to use files including CLAUDE. md, subagents, slash commands, scheduled task instructions, and hooks → Common mistakes that slow Claude Code down and the exact fixes Boris Cherny uses If you build with AI daily, ship code, or manage a team using Claude Code, this is the only setup guide you will need. Comment "CLAUDE" and I will send it straight to your DMs.

Claude Cowork just KILLED manual outreach. I used to grind for hours on LinkedIn. Now? My AI stack does it better. - No "Hey {{first_name}}" spam - Natural, multi-step conversations - 12+ hours saved this week The result: 500+ conversations with human-level reply rates. I packaged the entire system (prompts + workflow) into a FREE doc. Want it? Repost (so others see it) Comment "CLAUDE" & I'll DM you.

Gents, we're officially live I just filmed a video going over everything we're delivering in Growth Protocols Every module was designed with one thing in mind To stop you from fucking around at $10-30K/mo And build a proper business that has 5+ clients paying you at least $10-15k each We're going to make sure you: - Build proprietary IP that justifies $15K+ pricing without negotiation - Systemize delivery so you're not the bottleneck in every client engagement - Deploy outbound at volumes that saturate your TAM and force responses - Navigate enterprise sales cycles with multiple decision makers - Structure your offer so broke prospects self-filter before they ever reach you Not by "tweaking your positioning" But by fundamentally rebuilding your agency infrastructure from the ground up In the exact same way we took ours from bleeding at $30k/mo to $130k/mo in 90 days RT + DM “PROTOCOL” if you want in

I’ve been building this for over a year, I wasn’t going to give it to you losers But we’ll exit for 100m+, so it’s worth it… Fully. Autonomous. top of funnel: 1. Fully customized emails based of 2- way compatibility (offer - prospect) 2. Autonomous auto responder - books meetings, sounds like you, no more inbox managers 3. The sequencer that beats them all. Bison, smart lead, instantly - they all suck 4. SMTP servers for inbox creation 5. Intent signal scout, reach out to prospects as soon as they indicate a need for your service - done by ai

your business fails because your mind is fundamentally broken it's never because you picked the wrong niche or built a bad product it's because you solved the variables in the wrong fucking order you build the mechanism before you validate the price you pick an access channel before you know your mechanism economics you spend 6 months on the thing when you should've spent 6 days on the sequence most entrepreneurs are out here playing startup roulette building products nobody wants at prices nobody will pay distributed through channels that don't work then they blame the market the market isn't broken your SOLVING ORDER is broken here's the actual equation that determines if your business prints or dies: business = function of (N, T, P, M, A) N = niche (who you're helping) T = transformation (the promise you make) P = price (what they'll pay for that promise) M = mechanism (how you deliver it) A = access channel (how you get it in their hands) and here's the part that separates winners from corpses: THESE VARIABLES HAVE DEPENDENCIES you can't solve M before you solve P you can't solve A before you solve M trying to pick your access channel before you know your mechanism is like trying to pick your car before you know where you're driving insane here's the correct solving order: niche first (independent of everything) who has money and a problem they're desperate to solve if you can't answer this with specificity you don't have a business you have a blog transformation second (dependent on niche only) what specific outcome does this niche want badly enough to pay for notice you're NOT thinking about mechanism yet the customer doesn't care if the cat is black or white as long as it catches mice price third (dependent on transformation and niche) what will they pay for this transformation this number is completely independent of your mechanism they don't care if it's a course, a service or a fucking telegram bot they care about the result mechanism fourth (dependent on price, transformation, niche) NOW you ask "what can i build that delivers this transformation at this price point profitably" the mechanism is bound by the price you wouldn't use a rocketship to transport kids to school because taxpayers won't pay for that access channel last (dependent on everything) only after you know your mechanism economics and contribution value can you determine which channel actually works if your mechanism costs $8 to deliver and you sell for $39 you can afford paid ads if it costs $35 to deliver and you sell for $39 you're doing organic or dying see how this works? the reason most entrepreneurs fail isn't because they're bad at finding niches or building mechanisms it's because they're doing these activities in the wrong order and running out of money before the unit case is solved they pick the access channel first because it looks sexy then build a mechanism around the channel then try to find a price that works then realize nobody wants it backwards solve for niche first then transformation then price then mechanism then access channel in that exact order any other sequence and you're just burning capital to learn expensive lessons shoutout to OG nick kozmin for this sauce

Building a brand on "a Rolex gmt he bought 10 years ago" is crazy work I have not seen @yourealazyfvck ever give out any valuable or profound insights on his twitter. It is just him making up how rich he is. He doesn't do it as much anymore but he used to inflate his net worth to $753 million by putting a 1000x multiple on the revenue he did in one month through selling courses. He also puts on this overly masculine red pill persona that ends up just making him look gay. I get it, Sam Altman runs the world now and he got his husband pregnant but that doesn't justify hopping on the boat rented for the day and leaving those top 5 buttons open. No one gave you permission to do that. I don't even know how this guy got famous. Judged on the images he posts of himself maybe from dancing with the stars? Or whatever that TV show is that gay men watch? Just another self proclaimed sales guru who has only made his money in sales from selling people into a program of him teaching them sales. And then proceeds to tell people how rich he is because he sells people into his program where he teaches them sales and that is the only thing he is selling. Also, why do all these guys feel the need to constantly do photoshoots? Does he not know only buttoning your bottom 2 buttons and wearing a karen hat with goy glasses is a signal to gay men that you're looking for action? On second thought, that's probably why he does. It's 2025 I guess, there's no shame in showing your true colors

So @yourealazyfvck blocked me because deep down he gets a hard on for lying to people. this dudes entire brand is built upon a Rolex gmt he bought 10 years ago (check his Instagram, fucker can’t buy another watch because he doesn’t have any money) And a matte black huracan that I can find on any street corner in the United States from people who have provided more value than him. dudes a fake piece of shit through and through. that’s why he blocked me. “Coined the term” my ass, fuckin liar.
