The reward I deserve for this one

0-3, 1-6 in the MIQ with a non-functioning deck. It was so bad I was almost rooting against myself by the last game so I didn't have to keep up the charade, and sure enough my opponent topdecked 2 consecutive removal spells to put me out of my misery. On to rooting for friends!

Won the ptq with jund sac before it was a thing. Oko was still legal, I didn’t want to buy them with a ban very likely soon. The popular deck was sultai cat oven. The misers giant opportunity was fun. Awesome feeling to win with a “brew”

@twoduckcubed Here's my latest 0-2 into trophy. I wasn't on the ropes in g3 but was feeling pretty dejected after losing g2 with autotapper tapping RRW for neonate's rush leaving up W on op's turn during night with slash in hand and only W card in hand was sorcery courage.

0-2, and within 1 life of DOB in game 3, topdecked a 5th creature to mill last 12 of opponent's cards in their upkeep for exacties, then rattled off 6 more crazy close games for the "by the skin of our teeth" trophy. Lord of the Forsaken was insane.

@luapmox It was a special kind of awful. Once the format was understood, it becomes rapidly unenjoyable. Had to play 5 high-level events with it as well :/ My all-time least favorite limited set.

Played commander for the first time yesterday and the crew was worth the wait. Spent a while this morning digging cards out of my collection to start building my first deck.

Don Cheadle about 15 years ago, I was playing 200nl at commerce and I saw Don Cheadle playing at a nearby table. So of course I asked for a table change. He left soon after I got my change, but not before we got it all in preflop my AK v TT. I won

As far as i can remember, it is @RealJamesWoods in a wsop $1500 a decade or so ago. He was very gracious at the table, even warned me at one point that my focus was deteriorating (which it was). Hope to run into him again someday
