cex disputes at that amount are brutal. document everything, keep pushing public tags, find others with similar issues and coordinate. file regulatory complaints in your jurisdiction and where they operate. 32k warrants talking to a crypto lawyer about feasibility. generic support responses for months with no transaction breakdown is the tell. they're hoping you fade. don't.
