@AscendEX_ MAS confirmed that AscendEX is NOT licensed in Singapore and is listed on the Investor Alert List. Meanwhile, my 5,900 USDT withdrawal has been pending for 44 days with no TXID and no meaningful response. @AscendEX_Global explain this.

The same pattern applies in every case: they report you for violating the trading rules and impose a fine. Accounts remain frozen, and support responds with boilerplate phrases.
