Today was a huge step forward for AMC. You voted YES, YES & YES! And it was a landslide vote too — 88% yes for Proposal 1, 87% yes for Proposal 2, and 87% yes for Proposal 3. My sincerest thanks for giving AMC the tools we need to continue fighting the good fight on your behalf.

The reason I sleep well at night is because I know I'm on the right side of history my friend I personally exchanged text w/ AA and after confirming (in my opinion) that my thesis was correct, I personally led multiple calls to rally support for apes to pay down #AMC debt in lieu of the company selling out (diluting) to institutional investors Through that "wooden nickel" exercise, I proved to my own satisfaction that the company was/is working with the powers-that-be to orchestrate an opportunity for the largest, most systemically dangerous HF's to cover a portion of their short positions in order to remove the GLOBAL systemic risk that was created by bad actors That risk-removal, in my opinion, has now been accomplished and it's time to finish the original plan (most likely set in motion way back in June of 2021 and completely in August of 2022) Coincidentally and most importantly, both my Behavioral Analysis Model as well as my Anemoi Terminal proprietary algorithms have now displayed proof that my thesis was/is correct and that the elephants (the large players) are now buying the stock, or at least allowing it to stair-step back out of the dungeon that management sent it into I personally wish nothing but the best for the company, but my #1 priority is in protecting the retail investors that I've personally corresponded with since May 2021 and work for each and every day Those hard working people are my only priority and I'm going to make sure they're not screwed yet again There are too many political eyeballs on the proof of predatory short-selling at this point and, luckily, the retail community that owns AMC is represented by individuals from all political parties and all walks of life-- both here in the USA as well as around the world I constantly talk about the "360 win" that I envision (and that I believe is unfolding in real-time) and I define the three players of that 360 win as #1- the company, #2- the financial markets (including both the HF's reduction of systemic risk as well as the regulators saving face) and #3- the retail investors (apes) that set out to expose corruption and to create a level playing field in financial markets for their children and grandchildren The first two players have already scored a win and now it's time for the everyman/women/retail to score their win That is what I see unfolding during the days, weeks and months ahead and that's why I sleep like a baby Thanks for your concern

More balance sheet strengthening! In addition to previous announcements, in the past 50 days, AMC profitably repurchased another $85 million of our debt at an average price 49% below face/par. That brings the total debt repurchased by AMC in 2022 or 2023 (so far) to $365 million!
