Hi @virginmedia what’s the deal with emailing customers to confirm you have fixed an outage when, in fact, it’s not fixed at all? An entire day of no broadband (and thus no work)… can you kindly advise when the connectivity in SG4 area will be restored? Thanks.

@virginmedia since when is it ok to *renew* someone’s contract for 24 months when they have clearly instructed your advisor(s), in writing, to cancel? Then state you have a month to respond to a complaint regarding it?? shameful. Awaiting your reply to rectify this. @Mward83
