@ManuelsJourney1 The vast majority of BlackRock assets (over 80%) are passively managed index ETFs. The fund automatically buys and sells shares based on customer flows. This is somewhat misleading to say that BlackRock is the largest shareholder of a company, when it is not actively voting.
