@simonateba Congress didn't authorize Biden's massive loan bailout, now north of $144 billion, the Supreme Court said it was unconstitutional, and he went forward anyway to buy votes. He has essentially rendered Congress and the Supreme Court irrelevant. This is what a dictator would do.
