Today we had a rare treat for the team with a well-being session from @ArtsUHBW who facilitated pottery making (thank u!) The team got a chance to chat,relax & exercise their creative sides.Invest in people,it shows value & helps to top up the tank (we juggled caseload around it)

Returned to a pt this pm who i’d worked with in the am.Delivered the splint+adaptive aids that we discussed might help.They were delighted,not with the delivery but that I’d followed through with what we agreed to try. It’s the small things,my job is a privilege
