Crisps Recommendation. As a salt n vinegar connoisseur, I normally eschew posh crisps as they're not strong enough - give me McCoys, Discos etc any day. Yet just had my 1st M&S sea salt & sherry vinegar crisps and they've seriously bucked the trend. PS I've no commercial link and don't want a Lineker-esque role. Just thought other S&Vers should try em!

@Khowbrook Its tough but it’s so good for us- physically and mentally. I have a group mums who I run with at 5.20am…they keep me accountable when I’m questioning my life choices running at that time! 😆

@lucy_buckham I knew I couldn’t be the only one struggling to fit it all in! Going to try and get four 5am workouts done during the week, so that leaves weekends free to do things I actually like 😂

It’s hard to fit in exercise around a two year old, work, doing anything remotely fun etc. Trialling 5am workouts to see if the answer to not having enough hours in the day is to make the day longer. Workout done before breakfast - winning 🏆
