@VirginHolidays I’ve received part of my refund for my holiday that was cancelled on April 28th costing £2800, but I’m missing £400. My boyfriend has had a full refund for his half of the payment but I’m missing £400 of mine. No one is answering the phone when I try to call.

@MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp Booked to go to universal Orlando on May 11th with @VirginHolidays, filled in a form to get a refund after cancellation. I’m owed £2800, being a student I don’t have a lot of money so I really need this back. I’ve phoned them twice and got nowhere.

I'm seeming to hear more travel refund complaints re Virgin. If you've tried for a refund can you let me know - is it Virgin Atlantic or Virgin holidays - have you got your refund - if not what's the issue - how long has this been going on And @MoneySavingExp will take a look.

@FedEx I got a package delivered yesterday and now I’ve received this text from a random unknown number telling me to pay a customs charge, there was no indication of customs fees on the package itself and the text looks a bit like a scam, is this legit or not
