Over 5000 teachers downloaded the 2023 Puzzle, so I knew I had to make a 2024 version. This 2024 Puzzle is available in two different levels. Arrange the strips (horizontally and/or vertically) in the grid to form the digits in 2024.

If anyone's got any great motivational quotes they use with Y11, I'd like to add some more.

@harrisonmaths I have a girl who's target is a 5 but she can't draw a triangle. She can draw the first two lines but cannot join up the last two vertices to create a 3-sided shape. Her mum is a TA at the primary school and confirmed they cheat through SATs. My heart hurts for these students

You may, or may not, have noticed the 'GCSE Maths' tab on taylorda01.weebly.com.
On there you'll find:
- a list of the most common topics across the three main exam boards,
- a link to the 'Maths Summer School', perfect for revision
- 'one exam question per topic' booklets.

To Celebrate the beginning of Black History Month and prepare for World Science Week, we wanted to share with you this great resource celebrating the work of Katherine Johnson.
Her work in maths helped us get to the moon. Inspire your students!

#CoreMaths I made a booklet with average UK salary information (12 pages, so can be printed in A5 booklets on 3 sheets) - good for calculating income tax, national insurance and student loan repayments, where students can pick a job that interests them 🙂

@mattmeir @MissC_1717 I feel like this is at least an hour of procrastination on how to organise and sort and decide what each folder should be called
