@amazonkindle how do I go back to previous version of software on kindle? latest version you can only type one letter of search before it searches which takes ages, is inefficient, can't be corrected if you've got the wrong letter. hate it. how can I change it?

@WhatsApp despite yr response saying you're happy to help, see below, all my emails bounce back. so you're not happy to help? simple request, easy to deal with, not findable in yr help centre. I want an icon on my PC so I can open and close Whatsapp.

@medicalinguist @hilaryjane76 basically it meant kicking out my favourite foods - tomatoes always been a fan, ditto most fruit, various aged foods like smoked salmon, so it meant a completely dietary overhaul for me. and needed for various other reasons to do with disability.

@lucysaunderspr @hilaryjane76 Did you have to make major changes to your diet, or were you avoiding things like that anyway?

Work training. Lunch provided. Vegans, guess what my one lunch option is? 50 vegan points to the first correct answer. #Vegan

@medicalinguist @hilaryjane76 yes it does work for me for migraines, which are vestibular ie focus on ears, balance, and as I have a spinal cord injury, falling over is a v bad idea. strawberries and tomatoes are the worst.

@lucysaunderspr @hilaryjane76 Thanks Lucy! I was thinking of switching from an SSRI to a MAOI, and the latter requires a low tyramine diet, I thought your diet was also dictated by medication. Do you find it works for migraines?

@medicalinguist @hilaryjane76 that's fine, happy to share the fun of the anti-tyramine diet with anyone. for me, its to avoid migraines, and as with any of these things, its very individual what you react/over-react to.

@Ifwehadanyham no one mentioned it til I asked why my right eye vision was all blurry. doesn't affect the vast majority of people. so I'm always swopping glasses, basically wearing one pair til I get a headache, then swop.

@lucysaunderspr Oh no, how annoying for you. Obv I’m a person who can’t see it, didn’t know it exists.

@Ifwehadanyham unfortunately the varifocal badge - which most people can't see - sits right over the astigmatism on my dominant right eye, so varifocals don't work for me.

@lucysaunderspr Can you not varifocal? I get mine from Boots, would recommend highly

@HelenTeeDubU this one, looks the easiest to live with.
