FFOREST FIELD CROSS_COUNTRY CANCELLED: tomorrow's XC race has been cancelled due to the adverse weather conditions.

Our next Walk to Run course will start on Thursday 6th September. More details to follow soon.

Are you a one speed runner, Colin is doing some shorter distance running on the field to show you how you probably faster than you think. How many speeds can you manage? At least three! Anyone from any group invited unless you did the cross country.

CROSS COUNTRY: Just to confirm that tomorrow's xc race, at Westope, has been postponed. It has been confirmed that it will now take place on the 8th of August.
