So far we’ve replaced our worst starting XI player with a guy who becomes our attacker technically ….. and done what many (including me) felt wasn’t possible and upgraded on Struijk. These lot know what they’re doing !

@lufcgilly Would it be far of me to say they might survive at the expense of Ipswich or Nottingham Forest but even then it's too early to say anything. I might come back by January 2027 and give another look.

This is why non-playing fans that don’t even understand the game are the worst part about sports. That pass was very difficult. There’s a reason every top player complimented Jon Stones positioning. When you never play the game, you don’t understand that Stones can easily read that pass. Sorloth was not going to fake it and push it forward into space to shoot with his right foot. He’s not quick enough. He would either have to play a more risky creative pass to Haaland to avoid being read easily, or do what he did. He just didn’t execute it well . The fact people are harping on him and trying to make him out to be the scapegoat is insane. It’s just psychopathic fans with no idea what they’re talking about.
