The @DurhamPublicSch salary firestorm is taking the focus off of the fact that @DurhamPrek would rather make current Mangum 3-year-olds have to go to a different school next year when we have the space and staff to carry the program forward. Guessing not just a district 4B issue.

I don't know what tech people need to hear this today, but never pass up the chance to share the interesting things you are doing with coworkers and peers in the industry. It may give them access to new avenues for their career. Also, don't do so expecting thanks or recognition.
