Kwankwaso is being smart, even though pressure visited his Abuja residence yesterday. He knows he stands to gain more aligning with Peter Obi, than he does with Atiku. At least, even if he runs as PO’s VP and in the unlikely event they lose, he would have built stronger national popularity heading into 2031, when power will likely rotate to the North (How many of you knew Datti prior to 2023?). And say PO is no longer interested in contesting by then, I can assure you Kwankwaso would have secured the backing of the Obidient battalion. You see eh… politics isn’t just a game of numbers, it’s a game of "ilimi." 🤔🤔🤔

He will make a better Vice President for Nigeria come 2027.

If not @KwankwasoRM, then who else? I'm a devoted admirer, yet I'm pretty sure he doesn't know me. My life was completely transformed by Kwankwaso, who funded my senior school education and gave us access to wholesome food and reading materials. He is an inspiration to me and a role model.

@Waspapping_ If he happens to be a presidential candidate of ADC, I would rather vote for him than vote for TINUBU, I swear to God.

We initially expressed deep concern over the incident involving a young woman who was denied entry to a JAMB CBT centre because she was wearing a hijab. However, after listening to the response from the JAMB Registrar on the matter, we have chosen to set aside our initial anger. That said, we sincerely hope that such an incident will never occur again anywhere in Nigeria. Freedom of religion is a fundamental human right, and no individual should be subjected to unfair treatment because of their beliefs or practices. We also trust that the young woman involved will receive a formal apology from those responsible and be given the opportunity to sit for her examination without delay. — A concerned citizen

🚨🚨🌕 | 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆: Barcelona are INTERESTED in signing Alexander Sørloth and have already made INITIAL contacts. The sports department wants to sign him with the uncertainty surrounding Robert Lewandowski. Sørloth’s profile appeals to the club and his ability to immediately adapt to Hansi Flick’s scheme. I will declare my support for Peter Obi today and encourage my fellow northerners to back him for president in 2027, if any Obidient can point to one major piece of infrastructure he built during his 8 years as governor of Anambra state that is still standing today.

The constitution gives every president only 4 years to show significant achievements. Nothing like 8 years. If you don't work well in 4 years when you had alot to lose, is it another 4 years that you have nothing to lose that you will work? Don't fall for the trick. Test the man that has records of how prudent he used public funds. He doesn't owe contractors, pention and gratuity. Which means in his government we can all push to do government contracts, project ideas that can be funded and get paid sharp sharp. Not tinubu that contractors are protesting for their monies since 2024.

The more I think about it, the more insulting it becomes that anyone would try to blackmail Kwankwaso into deputizing for Peter Obi Strip away the social media noise, and there isn’t a single serious metric where Peter Obi or any person in the south east comes close to Kwankwaso

@lukman_labaran @Waspapping_ Wait, so you guys want PO to stick to four years because 2031 is the turn of the north, but you also want Atiku to run in 2027, when it's still the turn of the south? This una math dey burst my brain 😂

Nigeria Is Bleeding From Within It is deeply troubling to read recent World Bank reports indicating that, while Nigeria’s Federation Revenue surged to ₦84 trillion in just three years, a staggering 41% —amounting to ₦34.44 trillion —never reached the Federation Account. This sum exceeds the combined ₦34 trillion earmarked for capital projects in the 2024 and 2025 Appropriation Bills, a comparison that underscores the gravity of the situation and signals that something is fundamentally wrong. This is not a mere oversight; it points to institutionalised corruption on a massive scale. In 1994, when the Okigbo Panel reported about $12.4 billion from the Gulf War oil windfall as unaccounted for, Nigerians were outraged and the nation shook with indignation. Today, an even more troubling situation appears to be unfolding, yet it is met with a disquietening silence. We are trapped in a lethal paradox: Earning more as a nation, yet having less to invest in healthcare, education, and infrastructure. From 2025, systemic “deductions” have allowed agencies to capture more resources than entire states and even critical ministries. These leakages explain why countries with fewer resources are out-performing us across key development indices. With such a broken system, how can we fix power, strengthen our schools, build resilient healthcare, or develop critical infrastructure? Nigeria has no business being poor. We must stop these leakages through disciplined, transparent leadership driven by character. It is time to redirect our hijacked resources back to the people and move Nigeria into the league of developed nations. With our collective resolve to change this corruption-infested system, a New Nigeria is POssible. -PO
