A dramatised view of Roy Keane’s exit from the 2002 World Cup. Keane tore into Mick McCarthy - slamming his management, questioning his competence and even taking aim at his character. Raw, brutal and completely unfiltered. Explosive stuff 🤯

@RuaidhriOC He isn’t the answer but he is the least worst of what’s available atm. Not his fault so let’s just accept his obvious limitations and ease up on the criticism of someone trying their best.

@williamcrawley I live in Dubai and every time I come home to Belfast lit looks more and more like a European capital city in all the bad ways and none of the good.

You’re playing football with the boys when you were a kid. If you score, you go through to the next “round”. If you didn’t score, you were out. What did you call it?

@RuaidhriOC Complaincy and arrogance from us. Started in the selection and continues into the opening 40. Dan Sheehan looking to tip on inside our 22 sums it up. Wouldn’t do it against France or England.

Cracking first half from Wales in Cardiff, Ireland retreat to the dressing-room behind, with a scrum that was on the ref's wrong side from the off and a team that looks a little shell shocked. Massive moment for Simon Easterby and his team at half-time, the place is hopping

Doing research so it’s not for quoting at this point. Can you tell me myths you’ve heard about the Irish language? Please explain what learning Irish or any other language has done for you. While the rise of far-right groups in the Republic is a relatively recent development, the links between extremist groups in England and like-minded individuals in Northern Ireland go back years.
Belfast Telegraph@BelTel

As flames of hate burned through Belfast this week, in the shadows the violence has been stirred by a small but influential group of agitators. @AllisonMorris1 takes a look at Northern Ireland’s far-right links. belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/northern-…

Hi followers & anyone who reads this, can you recommend somewhere within 20 miles of Belfast, the closer the better, where we can get a good view the bluebells. It must be easily accessible. Possibly missed the best of them but that doesn’t matter. Thank you 👍🤓

The biggest award in broadcasting. Of all the brilliant sports, it was the BBC coverage of the All-Ireland final that wins. The finalists were Ashes on Sky & Rugby World Cup on ITV- all superb, but the GAA wins. A journey, a team effort from so many. It’s very important to us

Some people won’t agree with me, but Ireland should keep changes to a minimum next week Larmour for Nash, Ringrose for Frawley (subject to HIA process) Then you have to go 5/3 so Harry Byrne for Ryan Baird too. But that’s it! Farrell should back his guys like he always has done

Why has this one cut so deep for Irish rugby fans? Here's a piece trying to make sense of the despondency, the despair, the dejection. And a look at why there are reasons for optimism: the42.ie/6199944

@HMRCcustomers hi I received a cheque for a tax rebate in 2020 and because of Covid I was unable to cash. How do I go about having a new cheque issued?
