Today 52 years ago I was born. I have been extremely blessed and fortunate in so many ways. Seen many memories and pains! God has been extremely gracious and kind. 52 years have taught me the value of people and networks! I am who I am because of so many kind people. Amen

I wish to sincerely thank the Almighty God, the people of Erute South constituency, my family, friends, and supporters for the trust and confidence they have placed in me to serve as their Member of Parliament.

I wish to express my gratitude to the Almighty God for His benevolence and the gift of life. I also wish to extend my congratulations to H.E. the President on his successful inauguration as President and Commander-in-Chief of our esteemed nation. Additionally, I offer my felicitations to all Ugandans. I sincerely thank the people of Bukedea for their trust and confidence in me to serve as their representative in Parliament during the previous term, and for granting me the opportunity to serve another term. I am confident that I have fulfilled my duties diligently. Furthermore, I extend my appreciation to all security agencies for ensuring peace and stability in our country during the polls and the swearing-in!

I am delighted to be sworn in today as the Woman Representative for Kakumiro District in the 12th Parliament of Uganda. I am grateful to our @NRMOnline family and to the leadership of His Excellency @KagutaMuseveni for making it possible for me to serve the people of Kakumiro and Uganda at large in this position. I am also grateful to the members of my family and friends who accompanied me to Parliament for the swearing-in ceremony. Special thanks to the people who travelled from Kakumiro to witness the swearing-in of His Excellency, the President, and myself. Today, in the company of my mother I had the honour and privilege of being sworn in as the Woman Member of Parliament for Kitgum District in the 12th Parliament of Uganda. I am deeply humbled by the trust and confidence the people of Kitgum have placed in me to represent their voices and aspirations. This moment is not only a personal milestone but also a renewed commitment to serve with dedication, integrity, and unwavering focus on improving the livelihoods of our people, especially women, youth, and vulnerable communities under the leadership and vision of the NRM Government. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the people of Kitgum District, our leaders, supporters, family, and friends who have stood with me throughout this journey. Your encouragement and belief continue to inspire me to work harder for the development and transformation of our district.
