@GrantS0227 I doubt justice will come. Psychiatry is too much of a cornerstone of social engineering and modern beliefs, too many myths would collapse. A majority cultural shift will have to come first. Individual perpetrators of these crimes against humanity will likely never be even named.

Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD) and Post Finasteride Syndrome (PFS) are some of the greatest crimes committed against humanity. You cannot take away millions of peoples sexuality, ability to feel love and emotions, enjoyment, cognition, and energy, without serious repercussions and justice from occurring. Big Pharma and the FDA will be held accountable one day for this atrocity. 2026 is hopefully the year we will see a great push towards giving all people full informed consent about these drugs, but also funding research to find the underlying mechanisms so sufferers can get their lives back one day.

I have severe #pssd and went to ER with serious sfn and pots symptoms. Now I read I am manic depressed in the report. What a fucking joke! Kafka! Nightmare! If I wasn't completely emotionless I would vomit.

The last few weeks I did a push of social media just sharing tips and stories about psych med withdrawal and now I’m getting 5-10 emails or dm’s every single day about people who have been harmed by meds, in withdrawal, seeking resources. This is a crisis. I’m so disgusted how…

SSRIs are widely used though for some people they bring side effects like tiredness, mental dullness and loss of motivation. When that happens, life can start to feel flat, getting less pleasure, less drive and poorer day-to-day functioning. These effects deserve to be recognised and reviewed, not ignored. These need to be shared with treating consultant.
Dr. Josef@DrJosefWD

SSRIs, the most used drug, can cause fatigue, brain fog & low motivation. This trifecta, tardive dysphoria, leaves people just floating, with no joy or pleasure & reduced functioning. #antidepressants #SSRIs

@rwillowfish What pills help you? How and why? Do you believe forced “treatments” are a good idea? Do you believe people should be threatened to take their shots every 1, 2, 3 or even 6 months?

The most dehumanizing part of being a psychiatric patient is that everything you say and do is seen as a “symptom” of your “disorder”. My doctor added two weeks to my stay in an adolescent psych ward because I’d taken an unauthorized smoke break - proof I was still unwell.

On population effect of anti-depressants: If we're chemically blunting the emotional response of 15% of the population (8.7 million people) to genuinely miserable circumstances - poor housing, precarious work, social fragmentation, lack of meaning - we're essentially anaesthetising the rational discontent that might otherwise drive us to fix the root causes. We've medicalised societal dysfunction. It's politically and economically convenient to prescribe pills rather than address why so many people find modern life intolerable. Individual clinicians aren't to blame, but we're participating in a system that treats the symptoms of a sick society rather than the sickness itself.

This might come as a shock to some, but fiber has never been shown to lower the risk of colon cancer. In fact, the largest study that's ever been done on fiber and colon cancer, the Nurses' Health Study, found that eating fiber increased the risk by 35%. Given that fiber increases cell division in the colon, that's not a surprise.

Every single environment or context I’ve entered that explicitly advertised itself as “Trauma-informed” has had a significantly higher likelihood of causing trauma and involving emotionally manipulative behaviors compared to places that don’t advertise themselves as such.

@SBakerMD What you don't demand from your body, you certainly cannot do. You get slower, things get harder, but not doing them can make them impossible surprisingly fast.

“You should not push your body and exercise with intensity as you get older” The evidence? Really old people, right before they die, don’t engage in intense exercise, they mostly just sit around relaxing and occasionally walk This is the level of idiocy that leads to 500 people waiting on wheelchairs when you get off a plane these days! If you don’t do hard things regularly, then the easy stuff like walking will turn into the hard things

I apologize to everyone I affected negatively while drugged out of my mind on prescribed antidepressants, benzos. It is difficult dealing with a suicidal, weeping, terror filled person chemically trapped in a living hell. Never-ending gratitude to have escaped and recovered.

@gardentimeline This was before SSRI injury. I later resolved my suicidality kinda by accident, psychiatry was never helpful. With the injuries... Still trying to rebuild a life after years of being badly disabled. Partial recovery gives hope & I'd keep living just out of spite. I die = they win

I was on antidepressants for 15 years so ill I was put on disabilty. Not ONE professional of any kind said it was the drugs. Fast forward off the drugs. Recovered. Everyone profits from making, selling, prescribing, dispensing, investing in antidepressants except you.

I wish I had had that one person…. Telling me to reconsider taking an antidepressant. I wish I saw a video come across my social media feed, warning me, not to take it. I wish I saw a video about what withdrawal can do to a person. My life would be a lot different now…
