1) Make a new build (high 3PT)
2) Do Out of Bounds + play first NBA game for endorsement
3) Do the full first season storyline (incl. Passion Project)
4) Finish everything, play one more season and win FIBA
Should be almost 80k VC and take MAX 3 hours if you're doing it properly 👀

Find low calorie options to the foods u already like, but limit how much “fake” sugar you’re ingesting bc it can cause digestion issues which leads to poor sleep and makes losing weight even harder.
Sauces are huge and add calories quick, stick to things like sugar free bbq, organic honey mustard, sugar free ketchup, etc.
Find a lean meat and pair it with rice, make salads, whatever u can enjoy.
I’ve been eating protein pancakes using oats and eggs, as i got tired of eating both of them separately.
My last tip for eating ive been using recently is getting most my carbs around my workout window, before to get energy and after the replenish what was lost. leaving my fats for the night time. Protein throughout the whole day.
Lastly, supplements are bullshit outside of a few. Creatine, must, protein powder, huge help because nobody can stomach enough food to get 200+ grams. Pre workout is a must for me as well. Nobody feels well rested and energized every single day, its not possible. Pre gives a balance to make sure u can always give 100% effort.

While taking care of my mom I got extremely overweight and honestly ashamed of my self been trying to eat right the last couple weeks and really lock in and finally take control back of my life.
