Watching Stand By Me for the first time. I think it should be required viewing in schools. Takes place in 1959. No cell phones or computers. Kids outside all day, getting into trouble, unencumbered by social media. This wasn’t long ago in the grand scheme of things, but it’s a completely different world.

If your mornings are a mess, if your nights are wasted scrolling bullshit, if you keep "starting tomorrow," then your life will reflect that chaos. Harsh? Yes. But it's the truth everyone avoids. A solid routine doesn't just build results; it builds identity. It shapes how you think, how you move, how you treat yourself. And the scary part? You become whatever you repeat; good or bad. So if you want a stronger personality, a sharper mind, a better life, fix the damn routine first. Everything else follows. Night all, sleep well.

In coordination with the Task Force to Eliminate Fraud, federal law enforcement executed several arrests and search warrants in the Los Angeles area this morning targeting hospice and health care fraud. Operation Never Say Die involves 11 defendants who engaged in fraud totaling more than $50 million. Those arrested today will appear in federal court this afternoon.   A press conference with more details is happening shortly.
