@EU_EDPS = Microsoft 365 is an opaque and uncontrollable data collection machine. The European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) has found that the European Commission has "infringed several key data protection rules when using Microsoft 365": edps.europa.eu/press-publicat…

In a nutshell, organizations cannot lawfully use Microsoft 365 under the GDPR, because they cannot determine which types of personal data are processed for which specified/explicit purposes and cannot ensure that data isn't processed for other purposes, according to the @EU_EDPS.
