@K_1300RM2 BMW manufacturing switched to 4G LTE on most vehicle models from July 2017 onwards, so if your car was built after that, you should be fine I hope you are having fun with your M2 😎

I topped up the bike with go juice yesterday PM and noticed this going on at another pump. Somehow when the man filled his bike, petrol was splashed in the face of the pillion passenger. Never ever seen this before. My arms were in the way of the camera as I wasn't taking notice at the time, just heard a shout!

some prick in a Dacia duster nearly hit me on my bike.... I honestly do not understand why some people can't just drive like sane people. So, I was talking a while ago about the fact that many things people cause a very big fuss over (e.g. meta sunglasses) actually have some actual useful safety benefits. Rather than think the worst of everything, I tend to try and take a balanced view.... I now have a lovely photo of a Dacia Duster..... funny how this stuff works! 🕵️‍♂️

Big Ben is 96m tall. The largest onshore turbines in Wales are ~145m tall from base to blade tip, or ~90m to the tower. So yes, bigger than Big Ben but not twice the height. Also, each "propeller" does have a diameter larger than a 747 at ~105m but they certainly aren't as "jumbo" in all the other dimensions. They actually look surprisingly thin and fragile in person.

Or do they rent accommodation and spend money on food, drink, going out etc?

The central paragraphs show that it's the big increase in non-EU students that makes a difference, and furthermore, those will not and would never be beneficiaries of the Erasmus programme or Turing. Someone else is paying for them; they are paying for themselves; either way we aren't and so it is a net benefit.

Britain is rejoining ERASMUS and junking the Turing Scheme which was superior and cheaper.
