@porterairlines I booked flights for my parents who visiting me in Canada surprise trip for YTZ to QuebeC but they now can’t come due to health reasons. Ive given 3 months notice, and have asked for credit to still spend that money on your airline and been told no?! Please help

@WalmartCanada why has no one reached out to me despite multiple phone calls over 3 weeks telling me someone will get back to me in 1-2 days? I have been scammed on your site ordering something that claimed it was delivered but wasn’t then a refund was given for less than I paid!

@Uber Taxi from Heathrow back to Isleworth just cost me £42 with no surcharge,which is under 9 miles and takes 20 minutes.Why is this fee so much? I told the driver and he said you are paying him £17 for the journey. Is this how you treat your drivers and users by ripping us off!

@ellis_brigham just bought a pair of ski goggles which were the last ones in the shop for £180 and I have since seen that there is a scratch on them. What can you do for me before I look to return these?

@urbaneat I recently bought an urban eat sandwich from a BP garage and started eating it in the dark, to find out it was all mouldy inside and out of date by a day. I am now extremely unwell, I have photo evidence of everything. Please can you tell me the next steps.

@onepeloton I have referred my friend for a peloton who has bought and arrived but he forgot to put the referral code in. We are now told we can’t go back and retrospectively do this - extremely poor service given I have referred 5+ people, please can this be looked into ASAP.

@BootsUK so now I have some nice smelling liquid sat here, not being able to use and I cannot swap. Very poor service, and I offered to show my bank statement as proof of purchase and this wasn't allowed. Might be worth getting products that correctly work in future to avoid!

@BootsUK very bad customer service at your store in clapham junction...I spent a lot of money before Christmas on Hugo Boss aftershave, opened it as thought what could be wrong so no receipt/box. Few weeks later it didn't spray anything as was faulty, was not able to return

@NandosUK possibly the worst service I’ve ever had yesterday, ordered at 8.09pm food didn’t come until 8.46pm by which my three other friends had already finished their meals and had their plates taken away (I ordered the same meal as one of them) No member of staff apologised.
